bike dieing at high revs, i need help.

hi everyone.

i have a 49cc dirt bike and it has been running great ever since i bought it.
but on the weekend when i went to ride it something strange was happening.

the bike would run fine at low and medium revs, but as soon as i went fast and and it was at high revs it would just die.

i have already cleaned the spark plug,but still no improvement.

i really need some help to get it running well again.
it cant be to hard to fix because there really isnt much to the engine.

sounds like ur carbys playing up, clean that out too

yeah mate carby is the go
your main jet has probably got a bit of dirt in it
or it could be as simple as water in the fuel
at worst it could be a valve issue but i'd start at the carby
see how ya go

Yeh i had this problem with my pocketbike a while ago. I can't remember how i fixed it though.....I'll think about it.

thanks for the help guyz, i will pull the carbie apart tomorrow and clean it out.
