bike not running rite

hi guys im new to this site im but think its great sorted me bike out many times from the info

errr.... well my bike is an orion pro series 110 runs, ticks over well but i give it full throttle and it seems to stutter i can gradually give it throttle and its fine but i want a quicker responce i am a newbie to pit bikes and have only delt with yammys, kawasakis ect.. any help would be greatly appreciated

p.s it has bin giving out black smoke if that helps

Black smoke = excessive fuel

Explains the stutter too. Have you recently fitted a bigger carby to the bike? I beleive you'd want a 25mm carby and then adjust your needle (by adjusting the W clip) to get the right mixture.

Maybe one of the guys here can suggest a replacement needle.
