Bike tracks??

hey all

i am wondering if there are any tracks in sydney around like bankstown, lakemba, wiley park areas or not far away from them?

and also to drive a 110cc dirtbike do u need a license or anything if you are driving it in a track? someone told me i do but i didnt think so so now im confused

im not from sydney but u dont need a licence if it on private property and most tracks are
