brother wants a quad?

little brother (9) wants to get a quad he has never ridin and motor bike and i was thinking of getting him the 110 from cini ....

just want to know experiances if any one has it and what the quality of it would be and if it could stand up to a lot on neglected care.. and speed

any one know any outher cheap quads out there ...
he is asking round 700 for it

GO HONDA .. get a 400ex .. around here they range from 1200 us to 2k us .. un stopable fun fast electric start beat the snott out of em and never let u down as long as you change oil and keep those valves adjusted .. not so crazy a nce honda 250ex ..
