cant find gears PLEASE HELP

Hi,
I have a 150cc manual, Test riding it coz its new and gears were changing fine, now all of a sudden they are not changing up into 2nd every time and if it does and I try for 3rd it goes backk to N and cant get it past 2nd, I cant always find N either.. its like it gets stuckk or wont find anything.
Any thoughts.. please help its my first bike and Im stinging to ride.

Yeah its brand new. I put oil in yesterday, still no love.
