carby position

hey, just replaced the old ducar 125 with a lifan 125 in my agb 29 and cant get the carby to fit as it has no clearence from the frame and the motor. have tried a short and long intake manifold but it just wont fit and im not sure if the ducar intake was in the same spot because when i got it the head was missing. the rest of the motor bolts in perfect, does anyone know how i can get it to fit?'
