chain is just cutting into plastic slider very quick

my chain is just cutting into the (new) plastic slider on my crf50..anyone got any ideas to solve this problem

shock length too long , dunno really , but a good easy cheap sliders , just get a cheap bread board cut your sliders out off that , , works a treat ,

sounds pretty normal to me...

throw some pictures up on where its cutting into...
that will help you resolve your problem quicker

how tight is youre chain you should have up to 30mm lift on the bottom

Yeah, I would agree.. Your chain seems way too tight which will cause your chain to press harder onto your slider and you will end up going through them much faster.. Hope this helps mate.

Yeh i loosened the chain a bit....see how it goes, ill let you know
