I have a problem with my 140cc..
When i put it into gear for the first time with the chain.. Even though i was holding down the clutch it still wanted to move..

I checked if the clutch cable is all good and stuff..it seemed aite. Its pulling on the lever as much as it goes and im sure.

The clutch has no effect on the bike what so ever..

What the funks happenin?

no no mate, the clutch cable has two adjustment points... one at the clutch lever on the bars, the second is on the engine end of the cable, where the cable is on a steel mount that retains the cable, so that it will actually slide within the outer cable body, instead of just flapping about... has a long thread, two nuts, and adjusting the nuts to move the end of the outer cable away from where the cable mounts in the clutch actuating arm ON THE ENGINE...

it wont make a difference...

The lever on the engine is being as much as it possibly can..

its doing about 45 degrees.

both me and a mate are havin pretty much the same problems

we took the bash plate thingy off and adjusted the screw for the plunger and it didnt help either

his clutch on his bike is really stuck and wont move out

and mines not far behind his

any help on this would be greatly appreciated :D
