as all of you may know i recently rebuilt the CRF70 "China Clone"

new YX 140cc engine
new Plastics kit
new Exhaust
new levers and 1/4 turn TB throttle

oil changes every other week.... ( just cause i like knowing its fresh oil )

and i for some reason think i may have like a spring or something out of aligntment with my clutch....

the lever used to retract all the way and i didnt have to play with it much to keep it tight....

well the other night i was gonna take it for a little cruise and just run her around the neighborhood a bit.... when i squeezed the clutch i heard a noticable *pop* and could feel it through the lever.... like something came out of alignment in the cases little arm or something

Im wondering if anyone has a knowledge of how that linkage works and if there is a spring of some sort or something simple that might help me fix that....

the clutch still seems to work fine.... but there is very noticeable slack in the cable after i heard/felt that little *pop*

and ideas are appreciated.... thanks in advance guys =)
