Clutch Problems < Please Help!

my 125 which is pretty much the older version of : 2010 125cc TDR PIT DIRT MOTOR TRAIL BIKE THUMPSTAR eAX2 - eBay, Trail Bikes, Motorcycles, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 30-Jul-10 18:50:04 AEST)

has a stuck clutch, my mate recently crashed it and the right side case cracked, i fixed that and when i put the case back on the clutch gets stuck. or were is the best place to get repairs in adelaide ? can anyone help me
