crack??

i noticed a crack in my frame where the swing arm goes on to the frame and got it welded up and now on the other side its done the same thing what should i do except get new frame
here is the side that has been welded up

and this is the side where it has cracked?

yes that frame looks a little low quality. what kind of bike is that off of?

if that pipe cracks and bends up a bit there will be more presure on the swingarm bolt, more stress on it which pretty much = Bad news...
