Cracked case(right side) and Gears dont shift

my mate crashed my 125 Ducar and now the right sided Casing has got crackes were the screws are and when you push on the gear shifter it stays in Nutral ???

can somebody tell help me!

well you probaly need a new one then go from there....

Clutch cover case or right hand side center case? You can try eBay but I'll doubt you'll find a right hand side center case for it. As for the gearbox problem could almost be anything. Could be:
- broken case F'ing up gears
- clutch is engaged and not coming out
- Gear selector arm is bent to buggery
- Cogs are smashed
- selector arms and F'ed or the start shifter is broken.

Pull it down and have a look. Post pics if you see anything unusual:

Would be easier to buy a new engine though?

Yeah probably what has happened, is that when you were riding a piece of your case has come off and gone in the oil and its made its way through to the gears and its gone crunch.
