ive seen them before there like a sort of pre push bike i tihnk so they can get used to the motion of a bike without needing to stand and balance........either way when this kid gets a real bike hes gonna shred!

yeah he's pretty damn good for his age. his bikes like a razor scooter but shaped more like a push bike lol i flinched from the waist down everytime he landed sitting on that seat lol.
