CRF50 HELP! NO POWER.

hi, i recently purchased a crf50 2008 model. it had some fuel in it when i bought it so dunno how long its been sitting in there...i have topped it up with new fuel too tho..

anyways.
when riding my bike. i start it with choke half on then turn it off. when i ride it with the throttle all the way open it rides okay. as soon as the revs get around half n downwards its starts bogging. so i down gear to get the revs up n goes okay again. but if i let the revs go to low theres no bringing it back up it just stalls. then u start it again on half choke hold revs on and turn choke off n it will rev out. then u can ride again but if revs go to low again will stall. i tried adjusting the idle but still ends up doing it...

now i was thinking maybe dirty fuel.... but because ive topped it up i wasnt sure...
do you think maybe a dirty carby?

I know it's balled as. But that's not why its bogging...just needa get this problem fixed first.
