CRF50 Throttle cable

Does anyone know where I can get a throttle cable with stock carb cap on it, thats about 3 inches longer than the stock cable?

I have a Protaper tall bar kit and a Sik50's Throttle.

The stock cable is too short. The protaper one has an inner cable thats too long. And it does not have an elbow at the throttle end which makes it look all wrong.

Do any of you guys make these up? Or, do u know where I can get one?
