custom bike for a mate

a mate of mine went over seas for a holiday and he sent me an email regarding him getting a quote for a custom bike.
he told me the parts thats are listed in it and he asked me to ask all the friendly people at miniriders what will be an appropriate price tag to a bike with all these parts.
i noe it will be a bit hard to tell me but if anyone can even give me a brief estimate it will be great as he does not want to get ripped off

are you after a price if you buy all that in australia or elsewhere, in australia you`d pay rough guess around $3000 - $3500. in china you`d pay $1500

just abit of an update
the dnm shock they have arent of the best quality so he is getting the fast ace rear shock with fast ace front forks. cnc exaust as they dont have fmh. pro tapers. cnc aluminium frame well here are a couple of piks of the shocks and stuff

and he is also wondering what color he should get all the cnc parts such as the kick starters and stuff like that

also one more thing
he was told if he was to put kenda and alloy wheels it will be to much
or he could put kenda and steel wheels?

what should he choose kenda with steel or not kenda with alloy?
