I have 2 track bikes using these engines. Bothe engines have been running very successfully for some time with no problems. At one meeting one of the engines stopped with no conversion. This happened during a run down a long straight. Pulled the engine down piston appeared to seize and took the coating off the barrel. This also happened with my other bike using the same track.Again piston seized and plating removed from barrel. It seems that at high revs for some reason maybe the oil pressure was not good enough.
I have sent a sample of the oil back to the supplier to get it tested.
Any ideas.

Running programmable ignition set to full advance, revs kept to under 11,000 never hit the rev limiter.

From my experience with the 190's is they do not like to be continually valve bounced for long periods of time.

I have seen a couple die like this.

Never figured out exactly why so if you do figure it out let us know.
