i im new too all this stuff and have heard of the daytona engines...Why are they so expensive?(please dontgive me "smart" answers) thx

Simply because they are higher quality and more powerful than normal Lifan/ducar etc engines

i read a big thing on them on planetminis heard there fully built in china and blah blah they arnt as good quality as you would think they are.
but i duno ...

genuine daytona engines are built in Japan, quality motors, would only recommend them if you race hardcore or are cashed up, otherwise just get a YX150/160

you need to rebuild them every 10 hours if riden hard,

dont forget they are "RACE" engines and are high maintenance engines
