hey guys
well about a week ago i grinded the weld out of my exaust.
i havent tuned the carb yet. is this a must?

its lost its nice poppy crackly sound . sound bad atm.

also lost some power.

will tuning the fuel air fix this?

or should i just go buy a washer and weld it in?

thanks

this happen to my dhz 140 about a month ago but i took the exhaust of and put it back on and was ok maybe iput it on wrong but its makes it louder and sound better

oh ok

it doesnt kick back any more either and is alot harder to start , take maybe 10 - 20 kicks
??

any more ideas?

Hey i had to tune my bike a tiny bit after i did it. Mine runs fine now :D i think i turned my fuel mixture thing out like not even a quarter maybe a quarter

Maybe you grind too much??? see if the exhaust don't get wrong air and check your plug for colour....grey ashy---->too lean

ok , i welded a washer in last nice.
should be back to the same size as before.

should have some decentback pressure and bottom end now :) .

he guys , it still sounds knocky and shit.
any ideas?
