dirt max 4 valve or tb race head cam abd bbk?

Gday all. My sister bought a atomik 160 reign that has a yx160 motor in it. She rode it for 15 mins now doesn't want it so ive bought it off her. For what it is its ok but i need more power. I have a fcr for it but would like a point in the right direction between the dirtmax 4 valve kit vs the tb head etc from DHZ. I'll be installing the kit myself.

Go the v2 head mate, or get a custom head made up from akunar (get either one with decomp valve/button).
TB 64mm bore kit or akunar 64mm bore kit.
Upgrade your carby to an oko flatslide (get a decent uni style air filter to suit).
Make sure you have a high flowing exhaust and muffler.
Upgrade sparkplug.
Other options is get a lifan 150 ork, machine the backing plate face down by 3mm and put that setup on.
And there are alot of other options like bore kits etc but all depends on what kind of money you want to spend.

I had a sneaky feeling the 4 valve would be rubbish but just wanted confirmation.
