Do ducar parts fit lifan motors?

I've got my hands on a wreaked ducar motor, and wanted to know if some parts of the motor will fit a lifan 120. I've had a look at the clutches and they do look like the same part, and if the kick start gears are the same. The ducar 125 motor i got has 27/23 valves and a std 54mm piston and barrel still like brand new,i just want to know what parts i can hang on to and pass the rest on to a mate. Not to bad for a free motor.

i just put a lifan 125 crank rod piston barrel head etc in a 50cc ducar.had to change over box shafts due to bearing size but it was all bolt in.
