some details on the Pilots here
drop the sizes tab and it will show you what you can get
to start with you will need a 12" rear as they don't make a 10" pilot according to the website
I would guess you would be looking at the
110/90x12 64P TL for the front if it will fit between your forks and
120/70x12 51P TL for the rear
Maybe your local bike/ tyre shop will be better to advise you

as for the numbers and letter after it they stand for the load and speed rating
basically this is your tyre code break down
110 - tyre width
90 - aspect ratio (means that the sidewall is 90% of the width of the tyre)
12 - size of the tyre / rim to be mounted to
64 - load rating, I could find the charts but doesn't matter really
P - speed rating, once again chart would tell you exactly what but couldn't be bothered

hell i looked for you and look what i found
Motorcycle Tire Size Conversion, Speed Ratings, Load Ratings Chart - webBikeWorld

btw have a look at worms posts in this topic as he talks all about the pilots last post at the bottom and then the following pages
http://www.miniriders.com.au/forum/minimotards/12234-what-tyres-do-you-use-2.html
