The 138 kit that you have there has the exact same piston you currently have in your ducar. No performance change. The barrell will not fit as the ducar has a different stroke.

Best option, send the barrell to get bored and get a HC piston, proper 138 - 140cc.

Mikuni- ok upgrade, depending on your current carby,

CDI- Not sure, possible waste of time.

Exhaust- Not sure, but looking at that press bend it may be a waste of time also.

Give the porting a go, and see how it goes.

Honestly between the ducar 125 and the lifan 138, (from DHZ) there is no real power differance (with my experience). As ive had both motors in The AGB. And with the 138 raced my mate with the 125 ducar anumber of times, had the same result. dead even before and after the transplant..... Thats why i was so peeved with DHZ. I can show you a picture of the so called 138cc pistons next to the ducar piston, not one difference. Im actually going to use this piston to rebuild a mates ducar :).

I gave you my recomended option in my previous post.

Isn't that because the 138 from DHZ is only a 127?? Thats what i'v been reading!

ok then...where could i get a higher compresion 140cc piston and where could i get my engine bored out at?

and wat kind of exhaust would be good to get and where from?

the ducar motor has a 54x54 bore x stroke! why wreck that! you have a square motor which will be the most realiable and should give you good results if you modify it other than stroking or boreing out unless you square it out again.
just let it breath abit better and maybe increase the compression and use a colder plug (cr6hsa) to compinsate for the extra compression.
if you want your bike to go faster shoehorn a 80cc 2 stroker from a kx or something alike. then you will have over 20hp.

Stupid ebay, they just dont know what a carbi is do they... 30mm and 25mm yeah right, The so called 25mm on the right is the 22mm Mikuni and the one on the left is the real 26mm not 30mm

I've never heard of a 30mm before til i saw this ebay site you posted, mainly because eby sellers seem to make stuff up.

That carb on the right sure looks like the 25 to me. Can you spot something that is giving its 22mm size away?

for 1 the choke is wrong and for 2 they are made to fit the same manifold so you can see the barrel is smaller on the one on the right... mines the same as the one on the left but it is a 26mm kehin(better then mikuni in my experiance) not pit bike related...

How is the choke wrong? All the 25mm Mikuni's made for these China motors have a starter jet. There is no way to tell the size of these carbys other than with a set of calipers. The configuration of both carbys correctly matches what is currently available.

yes the so called 30mm looks alot like mine!!! and i only have 26mm??? trying to get something from nothing!!!

The one on the left is a 28mm China brand. I forget the name... I bet it has got "Made in Japan Style" in very small writing on it.
