engine rebuild on the gold coast

Im looking at buying a 250cc orion pitty cheap but it blows smoke. I cant seem to find anyone to do a rebuild for me. Im on the gold coast. Does anyone have any suggestions of who to call or take it to and an idea on rebuild price ?

not worth the money to rebuild it.. put new piston and rings in yourself and it will be worth it.. take your time.. ull be ok
