Hey guys im new here and not sure if this is in the right section (please tell me if its not) i just joined up about an hour ago and have been looking around at all the different things that go on around here and have a few questions.

I was wondering if there is an actual Amateur series of style race meets ect on weekends that are just for new riders/advanced . like a point series style of racing where you rank up in the divisions .(in my Area ofcourse ,Located below)

Any local CLUBS around my area or TRACKS to ride on as my track at home got shut down due to neighbor complaints.

Many trail rides? and can you get a 125cc Rec Reg in VICTORIA

Sweet where do i get the info for the events after that? http://vcmweb.ning.com/events

What do i need to race: A bike yourself and $100 dollars approx cash (that usually pays for ma licence and competing if you wish to race for points then you have to sign up to vcm +$40)
(also bike is meant to have bar ends and its good to bring some tubes and spares)

You also need ambo cover and to get into the race usually you need to organize ahead a little and make a couple of calls and pay some things but we will sort that out when you are ready to compete

You also need some gear, helmet, gloves, body Armour (pretty sure) balls of steel and some luck

Yeah you can get rec reg no problem.. with lights battery and lighting coil installed

Sweet well look out for the riding frankston threads that pop up most weeks a few of us try to get down there most Sundays , how old r u mate ? Over 16? If so come check out vcm have a beer the night before then bash some bars n have a huge laugh all day racing with us !!
