Hey mate,

You are already on the right track to getting your bike set up properly.

Things to get first are:
- Pro Tapers
- D.I.D or RK chain. (I preffer D.I.D its just personal prefference) You can get a chain and the other parts from Mini Bikes | Pitbikes | Dirt Bike Parts & Accessories | DHZ Mini Moto
Also it should say the pitch on the chain it came with. KMC are bad news take it off asap it will do damage.
- NGK Sparkplug you can buy them from any automotive or bike store, ie Autobarn and supercheap auto. The standard plug is a C7HSA. And should cost you around $5.
- Uni Filter

You can read up on all this at:

http://www.miniriders.com/carby-tuning/16270-carby-pull-down-rebuild-tutorial.html

As far as the suspension goes try to look for something that is fully adjustable so that your getting the best out of your bike. Look for brands like DNM, Fastace, GPX and if you can afford it ELKA and Marzochi.
A lot of people buy a bike and wack on HP parts but the bike cannot handle it. I have learnt from experience it is better to have a good suspension set up to work off.

Make sure to do a good go over of the engine and bike before you ride it.
For the engine change the oil, Do your valve clearances, Clean your carby and check over every nut and bolt.
For the bike check all nuts and bolts and loctite them. Pull out your axles grease them up and your bearings.

Also another trick take off your front brake master cylinder and clutch perch and use some nylon plumbing tape to wrap around where they go 4-5 times then fit the master and perch back on. This will help them to swivel around the bar when you crash instead of braking them it works sometimes.

Other things you should buy:
- Air Filter oil,
- Good high temp grease for your bearings etc,
- Loctite to keep everything together
- Castrol Active 4T
- Nylon plumbing tape.

Cheers,
Sambo.
