Forks seals pleas help

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows if you need a machine to put new fork seals in? i have a 1986 model cr80. i am gunna put new oil in to. by putting in new oil and new fork seals will it make my forks a little bit harder as mine are really really soft. do you need to put the oil in a special way? thanks. any help appreciated

but how do you get the sprocket over the forks

do you have to pull the forks into 2 parts like the outer and inner part?

Not sure how the cr80 is setup, but USD forks for road bikes have 3 sets of seals - dust seal (on the outside), and two oil seals inside the forks. Forks are normaly stripped into two parts, outer tube and inner (sliding) tube to change the seals. Haven't actually seen this job performed myself yet. But thats my understanding of it.
