just like deano1993 my forksbottom out and all that shit and never want to rebound(think my clamps are done up to tight). anyways they need new seals aswell and i wanna space them up for a bit more stiffness. so how do i change the seals and how much oil should i be putting in?? btw they are the cheap chinga usd forks if that helps.

Measure how much oil comes out of each fork leg and replace it with the same amount of heavier weight fork oil. See how that goes and if you still need more then just add more but only add 5ml each time.

ok awsome. and adding 5ml each time will just stiffen the forks up right? and with the seals do you know any links on how to sites or anything like that.
