Front disc brake problem

My son squeezed front brake before it was assembled... lost fluid
I bled the brake as per video.. still soft and spongy. no responce at all from brake.. atomik sent new brake but i want to keep the other as a spare..
any help would be appreciated ...

maybe you didnt get all the air out, or over extended the piston.

try bleeding again.
