Ok I have a 70cc engine semi auto and it's not changing gears proply I have to stop the bike to Chang gears most of the time I just want to know why it's doing it and can I fix it

depends what is wrong with it, it could possibly be your shift drum

have a play with the clutch adjustor on the side of the clutch casing, you will see a 14mm nut and the thread which has a flathead screwdriver cut in it, loosen the nut and try adjusting the threaded part, do small adjustments starting in either direction. def sounds like an adjustment mate.
