Hello all,

My first post.

Can't say I have a hobby currently.
This might come close though.
Thought someone might like to see this old girl.
She has 186 hrs on the clock.
I met her in WA, where she used to "work" in a Hospital.
(Yes, she is older than me!)

PS: Not by much.

It is an old Lister, they were/are common in ships and power stations.
They have one piston firing just after the other, then a bit of a wait till the next cycle.
This makes them sound a bit Harley'ish. Music.
Idles at about 200rpm, flat out (and very smooth ) @1200rpm.
They are reliable. Farmers used to check the oil, hook them up to a 44gallon drum of diesel, and leave them to pump water or whatever.
They would just run till they ran out of juice. Near to a month, flat out.

This one is looking a bit prettier now, I will put up a shot of it making smoke shortly.
