GPX 125cc Race Engine, High Comp Piston, Race Cam.

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me what kind of HP out of these motor's ?

Around 14hp from memory, they are very close to a 150/160 in peak power, they just dont have the same torque as the bigger bore engines. You wont find a quicker 125 on the market though, unless you start looking at takegawa or kitaco stuff, and the prices on those are astronomical..

I was toying with idea of buying one to pot in z50r rolling frame I got.
Be to much power for small frame? Be one quick zeddr hehe

I've got a gpx 125 in my z50r and it's over kill ended up making it into a road z50

Looks like your z50 still got stock legs and fork springs?

If had hd fork springs and plus 1 legs. give you that little more room to fit big snow hog tyres in then you reckon?

It's got hd springs but will probably still hit the head even with +1 forks

Maybe crf50 fork uppers, different offset.
