grips

hey guys,
on my piece of chinese shit bike the grips are hard plastic. is this normal (i'm guessin not). are most grips soft like BMX grips? which brand of grips is the best??

yeh the china grips are mostly shit

i use renthal full diamond in the medium compound they last long enough and feel pretty good as i dont usualy wear gloves

i haven't even got gloves yet i knew grips weren't supposed to be that hard......

i got the new renthal grey grips for my birthday last week, used them once without gloves and they were super, no blisters at all after 4 hours riding!

and they feel sweet with gloves on too lol,

i have the renthal medium grips and pro taper medium grips and find that they are the same i love the feel of them when im not wearing gloves which is 99% of the time and they have a good wear rate i think

old renthal grips which were medium too lasted around 12 months i think
