HELP-1996 Suzuki ds80 won't start

I have a Suzuki ds80 that ran fine but now won't start. Took the top end off and piston and rings are fine. Bike moves in gear without holding clutch in. Any ideas on what may be wrong with it or where I can start to find out what is wrong. Thanks!

I Don't know about the ds80 specifically, but on alot of small bikes (like crf50s and small bore pit bikes) the kick start actually drives through the clutch, so if the clutch is slipping/not engaging at all then the piston wont move when you kick it over and it wont start. So maybe try sorting out the clutch issue and see if she'll fire up
