hey i went to a shop called bikers + and got pro taper bars for $80 and i asked the guy, will it fit on a cr125 01 model he said yeah it will when i come home i check my other bars and they are way fatter.. the stock bars with the bike i got will the new bars still fit on the bike even though the clamps are abit big or get fatter bars ?

definatly get new bars or clamps
other wise the bars wont clamp there just gonna slip

could always try getting a coke can or similar and cut a few strips, and wrap them around the bars...

cheap n easy but if its more than a mm difference....get new clamps

and, also can file the clamps down a bit so theyll pull in closer together?
