HELP spark plug thread

hi can anyone tell me where i can replace stuffed up spark plug hole thread. and if so how much would it roughly cost to fix, thanks. (sorry if i didn't explain it well).

gotta get it helicoiled at a moty shop

or you may be able to heli coil it yourself if yu know abit about that kind of this its only basic stuff.

most shops charge $45 - $60 to helicoil,

you can buy a diy kit, but unless you know what your doing i wouldnt bother, youll just end up with a engine full of metal shavings !
