hey i have been riding my bike and upon leaving the bike for a period of time i find i CANNOT start the bike , and when i check the sparkplug it has a buildup of carbon so it is fouling .

What is it and how can i fix it
any help is greatly appreciated

sounds like it's a little lean, move the clip in the carby up a notch or two.

mmm well if i clean the sparkplug it starts first go

when u say up is that left or right?
sorry i might sound stupid but i just dont no

take your carb off the manifold and undo the top cap where the throttle cable goes in, compress the spring, and pull the cable out of the cylinder that is in there, there will be a pin in the middle of that cylinder pull that out and move the little clicp on it up 1 or 2spaces, put it back 2gether using great care, test that.

ok , but i am a little unsure i thought it would be rich rather than lean

well check where your clip is at, and move it up or down depending on where it is.
