Hi guys,
The more I read about riding unregistered, the more paranoid I get haha.
As some of you might know I bought myself a 90cc leimoto pitbike and found out that it doesn't have a compliance plate. I emailed the rta and they said that only the manufacture can fit a compliance plate. So to cut a long story short am I able to buy a z50 frame off ebay (with plate already attached) and fit the 90cc engine from the leimoto onto it? (basically the frames are alike in regards to the engine mounts) That leaves to forks and the wheels to buy plus handles, brakes, speedo........the list goes on.
With a now complete bike, can I then get the plate restamped by a qualified auto technician?
