How do i get more torque out of a stock motor

im looking to get me a bit more pulling power out of my 150gpx motor

its already rotored and cam. and i have installed a better ignition system

any tips...i was thinking maybe a larger or diffrently designed carb. any tips?

im currently running at just under 13.5hp.

how much did it cost ya to put thhose parts in to get it running at 13.5hp

have thought about maybe a smaller front sprocket or larger rear sprocket but that will make you lose top speed

if you want more pulling power try a flywheel and steel oil slinger

Go onto ahpminis and get the following:

165cc Big Bore kit
28mm Carb
tb head

yeh you should be happy after that

i think theres a 178cc kit aswell?

well if i was you i would be looking at these:

165cc kit=200(i think)
28mm carb=150. 28mmTrail bikes carb kit i think is your best option

and if you still got the money to spare slap on the tb head.


THEN...when you get bored of the 165 take it out and put in a 178cc

Sorry thats not my HP thats my torque is about 13nm@5000rpm

they run at 11.5nm in stock form

and thier rated at 16HP...........but i doubt it is in stock form i think they do about 13-14hp in stock form
