How many primary drive ratios are there for china bike engines?

Does anyone know if there is more than one primary drive ratio for the china bike motors? I run a jailing 110cc three valve bottom end from an old mojo bike and it has a super-low primary drive. I need something taller, if it exists... Thanks guys
