How to put on a new innertube..

youll need 2 tyre levers sum dishwashing liquid and maybe sum boots.. if ya cant manage to get it off then eat a cup of cement and harden the f@#k up

just payed someone to do my front one today was $35 for tube and to put it in..... took them about 4 minutes (id go to big bike mechanics)

my local china shop takes hours.... just to get off there ass and do it and get this!!!!! i bought a tube and told them to put it in my rim/tyre and they said you mite want to buy 2 tubes because i cant guarantee i wont pop the tube!!!!!! if you pop it you replace it.... god i hate them

dhz now has a machine but im yet to see anyone use it (ken wont)

a1 in ringwood did it for $10 and another $5 to fit the rim lock
