ID required for my smokey banana...

Evening. I’ve done the usual checks before asking here but can’t find a thing about this one online anywhere. It’s lacking any identifying decals, it did have some, but only a faint outline remains on the frame. 2 stroke, auto with a reverse clutch arrangement to bump start, fuel is held in the frame, there is an engine number but it draws a blank when I search on it. It’s really well built and whilst asking around someone on my IG said they bought one new in about 1990 but can’t remember any details of manufacturer. Any help much appreciated.
