use expandard sheet metal (like that stuff on house security doors)

Yea its ply, i didnt make it but was there when it waz half geting build...they did it at school in metal work

i don't know the measurements but i think its around 3/4 the size of the aussie comp ramp and is just a little less steaper

they had a size outline and went from there and made sure everything was right, its just 4cm think ply on top. perfect for fiddy really

what buddy ramps are do need to be designed well ur buddys it great tho

i gess it all went well u are jumping it fine

useful tip on ply a paint tin with same heavy geade sand mixed is a great way to get ur traction well with out paying big money for expamdars sheet metal (wheel slip is very bad)

what sq tube u usea and did they bend it popley?

no, the frames don't really scratch.... the dude just got it painted red, its a bit chipped of on some parts i prefer the look of the frames on the cr's over the rm. yeh 08, im sure thats just rumours because all the fmxers won't want to ride the 4 strokes in the states atleast yamaha or some biger brand will continue them
