worst one i've had was hitting a false neutral at the base of a rough upramp, hit the throttle, no drive up the ramp of a double, seat spanked me in the ass and slingshot me into the upside of the downramp head first... then the bike came down on top of me...
Broken pelvis, four broken ribs... pretty lucky really given i landed head first from about 15 feet up, and had 110kg of bike land on me...
8 weeks laid up in bed, couldnt cough, sneeze, or shag for six weeks without going through excruciating pain... not good.
