Just Bort A Lifan 125 What To With It?

i just bort a new lifan 125 of ebay and was wondering what to do to it when i get it? what oil? i will get a new spark plug. and im putting my 25mm mikuni carby and manifold on it from my old engine anything else i need to do to it before i start it up?
