Kurnell Riding

USED TO RIDE IN Kurnell on a massive block of cleared land, they have since fenced it but i still see the occasional bike in there, there was a national parks rangers truck stopped there the other day talking to some guys on bikes.
is it illegal to ride around the desal plant and surrounding areas? if so whats sort of fines applly ?
thanks if anyone knows any info regarding this area.

i worked at the desal plant and went past everyday and saw that block they have a few ramps and big jumps but not really setup for mini bikes from what i saw
