leaking forks

a while ago i was riding my 140 and i realized that the forks were leaking and today i decided to replace the fork seals and new oil so put the new seals in and oil but its still leaking is there a chance i could of broken the new seals can someone please help me

did you lube the new seals with oil before fitting them ?

you obviously checked for scars on the fork tubesw too ?

another thing, sometimes the seal can take a bit to 'run in' as well.

yeh, with fork seals, the general rule of thumb is that new seals will stretch and be under alot of stress when you first put em in. you actually have to run them in like a pitbike engine. e.g. you dont be too hard on them for long periods of time, but at the same time, you have to have to show a bit of the ruff stuff!!
