Lifan 125cc with mikuni vm24 advice needed

Hi I've got a mikuni vm24 copy on my lifan engine which I have in a go kart.
I'm struggling to get it to run well it keeps fouling the plug. My jet sizes are 17.5 pilot and 100 main. When I rev the engine even slightly it bogs and dies. Does anyone else run this carb on a 125? Thanks Daz

Can't comment on jet sizes, had a similar set up previously, but modified it quite a bit, I don't remember what sizes I had in. I'd think it's too rich if the plug is getting black/brown and bogging down. Maybe someone can be more help with her sizes.
