Lifan head on a Ducar

Hi guys, I was at the local tip today and found a 2006 Atomik Dirtbike in good nick so grabbed it and took it home. It wouldn't start so I pulled the head off. The valves aren't sealing and its blowing back through the carby. I went onto eBay and found a head for around $40 it looks identical but it's a Lifan 125cc, on bore of this bike it's got 124cm3, is the same as a 125cc? And will the Lifan head work on a Ducar donk? And lastly I did a lot of searching but I couldn't really find any Ducar parts at all, anyone know why this is? Thanks for your help guys.

124cm is a 125 cc ,as for fitting on the ducar can not see any real reason why it wont but i would check it as a dry fit first hope the images help in any way

did you try to adjust the valves?
what about just making them seat right again with some sanding paste?
