just thought i would mention the need of a magnetic oil drain plug on ALL 4 stroke bikes. we have just tested a 1 month old 125cc by draining the oil to replace with good oil . we drained this oil into a clean container then droped a magnetic plug into this over night, the next day we took the plug out of this oil and the amount of metal fillings stuck on this magnet was to be seen. the internal damage this will cause is dramatic so if you want your engine to last alot longer than normal and for the cost of around $10 for this mag plug i do suggest to all to buy one.

From where can I buy a magnetic oil drain plug for a Lifan 140 engine?

I took my stock plug out. It appears to be a M12mm thread, and is 15mm long.

Take it in to your local bike shop and they should be able to match it up.
For my lifan 120 monster i think a crf 50 drain plug fited.
